Hello All. This is officially my blog for my trip to Japan. I thought this might be a good idea so that all of you can keep up with what is going on with my on the other side of the world....
Unfortunately....I am not yet in Japan. I don't leave until Saturday morning and won't be in Tokyo until Sunday. For those of you who don't really know what I'm doing, I am involved in Camp Adventure. I will be spending 9 weeks working at the Tokyo, Japan Embassy putting on a kids camp. about 90% of the kids I am working with will be English Language Learners. I will be working 5 days a week, and on the weekends I will be exploring that lovely island we all know as the beautiful country of Japan.
Biggest goal this summer: Make it to the top of Mount Fuji
Biggest fear: I do not speak Japanese, and I do not read the Japanese written language (known as Kanji)
